Submission to Australian Law Reform Commission inquiry
The Human Rights Law Centre made a submission to the Australian Law Reform Commission inquiry into discrimination law exemptions for religious educational institutions.
The submission called for the Commission to include a recommendation for a Human Rights Charter amongst its recommendations regarding reform to exemptions.
